First time at the Ereza Mar after three stays at the St Jorge next door. The first thing that impressed me during our stay was the willingness of the staff to meet our needs, especially with regard to an adapted room. I would like to highlight the following staff, however, for their helpfulness and hard work: Aaron at reception, plus his colleague whose name I have forgotten. Laurena at the pool bar for excellent service with a smile. Assis, the dining manager, for his unrelenting attentiveness. Danny and Hicham at the function suite bar for their friendliness and professionalism. All of the waiting staff in the dining area who got on with their job with a smile and a welcome. About the hotel itself, my wife and I had a great week there despite rain on several days during our visit. Going all-inclusive was excellent value, and every day the dining menu had a variety of quality food. The all-inclusive drinks, however, were limited in choice as you would expect but stood up well compared to others I have tried. The dining area could be very busy at times, but I never witnessed anyone having to wait more than two minutes to be seated. The entertainment was generally okay with the usual agency vocal entertainers stepping in after 9.30 to do their bit. The only night I wish we had avoided was the Animacion guy and his attempt at Bongo Bingo which was as good an example of how to clear a room as you could see. The accommodation for us in the adapted room was excellent with a sea view and lift nearby. Beware of the showers, however, as like ours other people complained at the water flooding the bathroom floor due to poor design. Please also be aware that the rooms to the North of the hotel will get more noise from the St Jorge hotel next door during daytime in terms of music. In terms of value for money, the hotel is hard to beat, particularly with regard to location, food, and friendly staff. Caleta de Fuste however is not for everyone and many first-time

Stayed here early jan for 4 nights. Was all inclusive and upgraded to a sea view room which was absolutely worth it. Was lovely leaving the door open and hearing the waves 👌🏽 The whole place was very clean, constantly seeing cleaners all over keeping the place spotless, including the rooms. Drinks were fine, and never queued more than a minute or 2 at busy times. Food was good, fresh and tasty. Plenty of choice for myself, and also plenty of salad options (contrary to some reviews on here) more than acceptable for an inexpensive Spanish buffet. Pool areas and gym were good - roof top terrace with hot tubs and great views really topped it off. Staff were all really friendly and helpful (except below) Nightlife was sometimes questionable, but again absolutely fine for what I expected. Was loud at times but never really noticed as was always out and about. Location was great, bang in the centre of town, close to plenty of shops and bars/restaurants, along with being bang on the main promenade which is 15 mins walk from the marina.

Hotel is immaculate. The property is well maintained throughout. Our sea view room was excellent. Spent each morning on the balcony soaking up the morning sun with a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel has a relaxing vibe which is exactly what we were after. Two clean and well maintained pools ( although did not appear to be heated). As people have stated, the food can sometimes be like warm but there was a good variety on offer. Drinks were good under the all inclusive package too. Staff were all helpful and professional. Evening entertainment scaled back but perfectly suits the atmosphere of this hotel. The music ends at 23.00 sharp which ensures you can relax knowing you can get to sleep peacefully! This is not a high energy up tempo hotel, and all the better for it. We wanted some relaxation in lovely surroundings which is exactly what we got. Very happy and looking to return already.

On the last day our flight was not until 7pm in the evening but after check out at 12 noon, we were allowed to stay in the hotel and use all the facilities - fully inclusive - until we left at around 5pm. This was a lovely surprise and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel just for this alone. Beautifully kept, very clean and with 2 lovely pools (one of which is heated). Very helpful and friendly staff. This was our 4th visit so as you can tell, we like this hotel and its situation.

I went all-inclusive, which is something I don't normally do, but, since it was only a 3 night stay I thought why not, I'm glad I did, I thought there was a good range of food on offer, snacks are included up to 3pm, evening meal included (buffet style), in general it suited my requirements, the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, beautiful location right by the ocean, very close to the bars and restaurants around, all round great experience !!!
